GENERAL PLANTING GUIDELINES
Use a good quality potting mix and fill your pot to about 2” below the rim.
Add granular all-purpose fertilizer to the top layer of the potting mix before you plant.
Keep your individual nursery pots (the “ingredients”) watered prior to planting so they aren’t stressed or dried out when you’re working with them.
Start planting from the middle of the container with your largest element and work your way out to the edges.
After planting, water gently at the roots to help the loose potting mix settle in around the rootballs.
